The nearest airport is in Airdrie, 16 km south of Crossfield. The nearest commercial and
air freight service is at Calgary International Airport, 29 km south.

Rail Service
Crossfield is served by a Canadian Pacific Railway main line. Spur trackage is available.

Connecting highways are Highway 2 to Edmonton [north] and Calgary [south] and Highway 2A.

Cardinal Coach Lines

Many of you may not be aware that Cardinal Coach Lines runs a daily commuter service between Crossfield and downtown Calgary!  Why not do your part for the environment and ride the bus. Relax, sleep, read and let them do the driving!  They leave from the Pete Knight arena parking lot at 6:15 a.m. Monday to Friday and arrive in Calgary at their first stop at approximately 7:07 a.m.  There are eight stops in the downtown core.  Coming home from Calgary Cardinal Coach Lines leaves from 1st St. and 7th Avenue S.W. at 4:40 p.m. and arrive back in Crossfield approximately 5:45 p.m.  The cost is $210 for a monthly pass, $60 for a sheet of 10 tickets or $15 each way.    For further information, please see their website at www.cardinal-cal.com
